What do you need in order to apply?
  1. Photocopy of valid pass port. The passport to be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date from Cuba.
  2. Completed and signed application form.
  3. Application fee.
  4. Confirmation of travel arrangements (return tickets) and accommodation booking.
On the arrival in Cuba you will need 25 convertible pesos, for airport taxes.
What are the rights granted by the Cuban Tourist Card?
The tourist card is only valid for leisure or recreational purposes.
Who needs a tourist visa to travel to Cuba?
A Tourist card is required by everyone, including infants.
Is the Cuban Tourist visa electronic one?
No, it is not an electronic visa. It is a paper document.
How long is the visa valid for?
Your visa is valid for 30 days (starting from the moment of entrance in Cuba). Once in Cuba it can be also extended up to another 30 days.
How much time I have to activate the visa from the moment I have it?
The visa must be activated within 180 days after the issue date.
How long does it take to organize?
The Standard processing time is 10 working days, after receipt of your application.
What are the application fees?
The processing fee for Irish residents is 50 Euro.
The processing fee for British residents is 45 GBP.
The standard (10 days) processing fee for Australian residents is 85 AUD
The express (24 hours) service for Australian residents is 115 AUD.
